I live in peshawar. So. for me it is not possible to buy seeds from lahore and islamabad. Any place in peshawar?.

I used these lettuce seeds which is not germinated only radical come up. Why they are not germinated?. There day temp. is between 26 to 29 degree Celsius and night temp. is between 16 to 19 degree Celsius. Is this Grand rapids variety?.

This is not possibe to germinate it in petri dish?.

I want to grow grand rapids lettuce in petri dish. There day temperature is between 26 to 29 C and night temperature is between 15 to 20 C but lettuce cannot germinated. What is the reason that they cannot germinated?.
