Can someone please identify this plant? it seems to be a version of swiss cheese but nurseries say provide exact local name only then we can locate one for you. it could be sub species for swiss cheese

Tomato sowing time is mentioned as sep to nov. However when i asked the nurseries told me that i was misinformed. Seeds r planted in feb march and will sprout in 4 to 6 weeks

The above problem exists even though taking care not to overwater. The ‘mali’ threw a curve ball today. Currently have been invaded by blue bottle flies, hundreds of them.
