Mango tree problems

I have problems with two mango trees this year.
Tree 1 is around 9 years old and every other year produces some fruit. This year most if not all the flower pannicles are deformed and curling up whilst still green and in bud. This is around 25 ft high and planted close to 6ft boundary wall. It gets full sun.
Tree 2 is around 6 years old and for the last two years has produced only 3 or 4 flower pannicles but each time these seem to burn off dropping to the floor before any fruit develops. This tree I prune annually as I am aiming to achieve a cordon/espallier shape. This is around 12 ft tall and is shaped against a wall around 3 ft away.

Could this be anthranacose fungus excarbetated by the cold wet spring season we have had?. Any members with similar problems and solutions are welcomed to reply
