whats wrong with this plant

Can someone please let me know what kind of "ilness" this plant has ?
It has these tiny flies on new growing leaves which has stopped the growth of whole plant. I keep that plant indoor.

You have to select the right one based on the type of pests on Plant, first decide which pests are these.Plus there are several natural methods too.

Well i really don't know what kind of pests are monuting on the leaves though im surfing internet. Also can you please tell me the natural way to stop it.
