I am also facing problems with newly bought roses; five english rose plants. I bought them in Gaachi from Jafer Nursery outside Karachi University, Rangers Headquarters. My last year's roses are blooming well and are in healthy condition. I am attaching pics of affected parts:
01. Problem with flower or it is ok?
02. Another flower from same plant:
03. Problem with leaves:
04. More leaves affected with same problem:
05. Different shape of leaves, is this due to over watering or over fertilization of NPK:
06. Another picture of affected leaves:
I love roses, I don't want to see them suffer, I want to see their healthy leaves and blooms every day.

Re: Roses are in Danger
The affected leaves must be the bite of some caterpillar or a fly. And this curling pattern of the leaves are nothing to worry about some times rose produces abnormal leaves but if it is the condition of all the leaves than there must be some insect damage.

Re: Roses are in Danger
As a novice gardener roses proved too difficult for me to grow & comparatively hibiscus of different types proved too resilient for 'careless' novice gardener like myself(even without any spray,NPK & even with infected leaves their flowers continue blooming). Now I just buy hibiscus from nursery, apparently fussy roses are not meant for newbie gardeners
I have several times bought even bigger roses from nursery & last year even bought some 30+ Gaachis of roses but I think hardly 2 or 3 must have survived and even those are not flowering any more even though their leaves look healthy and I have pruned them several times as well.
Some of those roses from last year
