Dear Usama, this is fungus destroying your plant. It is very common in tomatoes, take off the damaged leaves and spray every fourth day with an anti-fungal spray until the problem is eradicated. In addition as Izhar bhai has said, spider mites will eventually destroy your plants it is better to stop the tomato plants growth by sniping off the fresh growth so the plant can focus on ripening the already set fruits.
