It seems ur plants were suffering due to high temperature, low humidity and low watering. They are clearly showing high temperature, high light intensity and low humidity symptoms. I guessed.
They did not need any kind of fertilizer or vinegar etc.

Hi I m sorry to see these images and I can relate to how u feel. But no vinegar or water will help now. If ure plants were at the stage shown in earlier pictures, I would have immediately asked u to change the soil to discard all fertilizer in it. Ure plants have suffered severe fertilizer burns and now seem sadly dead. Next time when u use inorganic fertilizers like urea, dap, NPK, use negligible amounts-like putting 3-4 particles the size of crushed sugar in the pots. U used too too too much. No plant survives too much!

Even now, go ahead n change the soil... The plants of alive(u can try peeling at the stem to see if it's green under to show if it's alive still) will take a month or more to recover

Just read the full post. I m writing again to dispel from confusing u. In sept Karachi can't be too hot for these plants(if these r native). I m not sure when u put the fertilizer in these. But if it's before these plants got sick, u have likely caused fertilizer burns. I have done the same because no one tells u how little is 'mildly fertilize' and after hurting the plant u learn that even half a tea spoon is too much for a pot and even slow-release fertilizers are not that slow in their release times. Inorganic is a big no for me. Use the cow-dung, plant fert, as much as u like. They r the true slow release fertilizers bcz bacterial action takes its time and works slowly...
Your fertilizer is either colored-urea beads or NPK
