Please expert members help save this palm.
It is in Lahore at my mother's place.
New growth turns brown .
Any help in diagnosing and possible solution.

This is problem associated with kungi palms that started surfacing since 2012 and due to a pest which remains in the surface of the trunk and starts sucking resulting in brown leaves. You can spray with a reputable insecticide spray like Telstar, Polysterin C etc when new growth starts emerging around end of March.
