My dwarf peach tree/prunus persica seems ill. What's wrong?

As u can see in the pictures, the plant seems to be unwell. It's leaves including the new growth(red leaves) have lost their shine. The leaves appear dry. Some are dropping but the leaf drop is not remarkable as yet. I have no clue what's wrong. The growing medium is bhal + compost= has sustained this plant for a good 6 months with good growth. My plants do sometimes end up getting overwatered thru drip irrigation so I lowered the duration of watering. The pot drainage is excellent.
Please advise cure!

systemic fungicides in watering... let it dry between two consecutive waterings..

Update after fungicide use. Stopped irrigation but the rains came in as well. The young growth seems to have its shine back and aren't drooping

The poor plant in blue beautiful pot died of thirst while the other drowned.

It was mondo grass. It's coming back. The intense heat of summers was too much for it
