Too much fertilization killed the poor plant. Don't use urea in potted plants. Khaad is best for potted plants. Urea can suddenly change the pH of the soil and no wonder it was too harsh on the plant. Haar singhaar is very sensitive to water logging as well.

But when i purchased it i didn't use any fertilizer despite that its leaves started brown. I just shifted the pot n used ojhri ki khaad.

It is natural for haar singhaar have brown leaves during colder periods of the year. Fresh khaad can be bad as well. For pots it is better to err on the side of lower amounts of fertilizer. I start feeding very very small amount when the plant is fully established, e.g. light covering of khaad on the top. Your new plant looked very healthy. Haar singhaar does not do well in pots. It is a big tree.

Harsinghar sheds its leaves and become dormant in winters... during this time it needs little water and no fertilizers...
