Identify this bug and also recommend spray

Hello sir,
I just don't know which bugs are they.....they just came after rain in Karachi......they luk to me mealybugs but not sure they eating my plants like hell all pnalts getting die.......plz guyz recommend me good spray doesn't matter how much will it cost........bcoz i just fed up with this pests.....still facing mites and caterpillars now this hell new bugs they are hellllllll even 100 times more dangereous then others
plzzzz do some thing with otherwise i have to exits from gardening which i don't want to.......

Any general pesticide will do, you have to follow these points:

1) Make the recommended concentration carefully, buy a disposable syringe for measuring the pesticide volume
2) Water the plants well before, at least 1-2 hours of, spray
3) Spray in the evening, near maghrib time
4) Spray every day for 4-5 consecutive days, then each week for two weeks and finally every 15th day, whether you see the pests or not
5) Spray the pots, soil, beneath the leaves, on the stem and nearby walls
6) Pluck any flowers or flower buds and fruits if possible
7) Chop off the damaged leaves and branches as soon as you see the new growth
8) Store the pesticide in a cool and dark place
9) Pesticides generally loose their potency after 6 months of container opening, so buy new one and discard the old

Soap spray and add corn flour 1 table spoon per liter..

For ornamental plants buy chemical pesticides..

You have the filthiest "Mealy Bug" You can't kill them with soapy water use Neam Oil.

I have seen these bugs in my garden. Mostly under the cucumber leaves. Please recommend some effective spray for them.

Ii think what you have are aphids. Aceta Mepard is very good in killing them. The other option is to just spray them off with forceful water. They will fall off and won't climb again. If you have just a few plants with little infestation then spraying water might be the better option.

White flies.. they multiply fast.. start spraying any general purpose spray.. you can get specific sprays from garden stores for "Safaid makkhi".. its a major pest for our cotton crops.. remember 1-2 sprays are not enough to wipe them out.. so you have to spray every third day for 15 days...

Hmm....looked like aphids but I wasn't sure. They are probably bigger but definitely look like the name ie Safaid Makhhi

Organic procedure is better then Inorganic.
1) Spray one litter soapy water with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil.
2) Hang yellow sheet(paper/plastic) spreading a thin layer of petroleum jelly on it. Yellow color attract white flies and stick them due to petroleum jelly. Simple
