I prepared it, notice some scars on the lower part of the plant...there were some branches there that i had to prune...and i also removed some soil underneath to reveal fat roots that gave it a bonsai look.

Portulacaria afra or small leafed jade plant... in urdu (Pathar chat)
sandy soil mix that i use for all cacti.
