Any sugegstions for exotic plants

Post by kaleem123 »

I want to experiment with exotic plants in Rawalpindi. Would anybody suggest some plants, appropriate in this season, and where to buy their seeds/seedlings (Rawalpindi/ Lahore)? Do I have to buy them from UK or is their any alternative?
Thanks!

Fall is the right time to plant some exotic bulbous plants. Hippeastrum varieties could be one option, Daffodils if available with any nursery in RWP/ISL, Dutch Iris is also good option and I think you are not too late for that and is easily available in RWP/ISL, Asciatic Lilies are also available in Pakistan there are few more options but it all depend on the availability if I could be any help to arrange anything from UK then let me know but the time is ticking for planting few varieties can be planted any time like Agapanthus, Clivia, Ground Orchids and few more, or if you want to arrange something for summer then that could be arranged.

hope the above information would be help full :)

Jazak Allah for your reply and for your gracious offer. I don't want to bother you regarding arranging seeds from UK, but only if and when you buy some for yourself then I'll buy some seeds with your guidance. Thanks once again!
