Aoa,

I'm a complete newbie. I started sowing pepper seeds two weeks ago (3rd august,2014), reading many articles on internet and taking well care of seedlings. Peppers have grown 2 pairs of leaves (and seems to have stopped growing more) and today (17th august,2014) i thought to move them in sunlight thinking that they need light that's why they are not growing more leaves. I didn't put them under direct sunlight, infact used a glass to pass sunlight through it (you can say a miniature green house) and temperature I measured was 45C. I kept them for 3 hours and many of my pepper seedlings started bending and falling :(
I've attached a picture...please tell me what to do now? I mean its been two weeks, whats the next step now? should i move them outside or keep them inside? what about sunlight? do they need it now or i should wait until they grow more leaves and then put them outside.

(I know its a long paragraph...thanks for reading :)

Sorry to see that- as you said 45 oC is too hot for delicate seedlings that too in a plastic container. If the roots are damaged at this stage, there is no cure.

Your plastic pots do they have drainage holes.
Try,try and try again at last you will succeed. Failures are half the fun of gardening.
