DAP => 1 granule per inch for e.g. 12 granules in 12 inch diameter pot every 15 days
NPK Powder => one tea spoon dissolved in one liter of water given every week to plants

1 teaspoon/week may not damage the plants

According to my little knowledge the recommended dose is 1 teaspoon/ month.

it depends on its growing season, for example roses grow in Karachi in cooler months, so during this period a regular application of same concentration will benefit the plant greatly but if we give same concentration in summers, when the plant is dormant or very slow growing, this will make plant to rot...

It depends on you, if in pots then this solution is enough for three 12 inch pots or Six 6 inch pots... you can use it for less pots or more pots.. in ground, one liter for 1 sqft area..
