Look for them in lawns,road side, Golf club turfs, No nursery sells this weed, But then you may be referring to some exotic plant that I know not.

Were you talking about the common Dandelion?

I also love dandelion plant... It was present in the rose pot 3 years ago and I uprooted it. Then I came to know that it is a weed.. But I searched for the plant in nurseries as I wanted to have it but I couldn't find one. Eventually it grew again after 2 years in the pot... As it is a weed...

One day it will sprout automatically... But if you do want to have it earlier search nurseries in September/October, there you will find dozens of these plants growing here and there wildly.

Dandelion is a very useful medicinal plant which considered a weed in our culture.
Some cultures even make fermented (alcoholic) drinks from dandelion flowers.
