This huge tree is blooming on the main road outside my house. Any idea what this amazing specimen is???

Dr. sahab, close up please for the leaf and flower form :-)....

From far away it looks similar to bakayan (Melia azadracht)

Melia's flowering has been completed in lahore. I think it is one of the common millettia's which will call sheesham in common language.
