second plant is "Kalanchoe daigremontiana" or "Mother of Thousands" and 1st image is not clear but it looks like "nerium oleander"

Mr. Hammad,
Thanks for the well wishes and for the ID on the second plant. I am posting another picture of the first plant and hope that it will be clear this time. The leaves are thick more like a succulent and sword shaped.

It looks like Rosemary herb :!: Are the leaves pungently fragrant :?:

Thanks for the suggestion Mr. Tahir, I smelled it and its has no fragrance at all, and doesn't seems to be a rosemary bush. I am also attaching a couple more pics if it may help.

It doesn't look like any type of succulent, i have no clue what it is :?

This kalanchoe is also called chandelier plant.

Dear Mr. Tahir, after spending time on the net, I finally found it. It is a podocarpus, thanks for the input.
