it appears like Malpighia emarginata ... common names are Barbados cherry or Wild Crepe myrtle.

The flowers appear to be similar when I check Malpighia emarginata on the internet but my plants leaves are distinctly different.

Did you see Malphigia glabra? The wavy margins match with your pictures.
BTW, Izhar sahab, it seems like you are close to a professional taxonomist.

Thank you Farooq but this was based on lesson by my botany teacher in pre-medical that plants are identified by the structure of their blooms primarily. That bloom appeared to me like a wild growing Crepe myrtle bloom, I googled the same and posted my guess..
