Munir sb, you could not find Carissa macrophylla because nobody has updated the index after July 2013. Yes Wikipedia is in favour of karonda for Carissa carandas. Note "carandas" looks like the latinized version of karonda. I don't know the Urdu name of Carissa macrophylla.
