No I disagree with Hibiscus its definitely Psilocybe tampanensis (a variety of hallucinogenic mushroom)

Slightly difficult to say something...it seems that it is related to Vinca species. It has blue flowers (popular in Murree).

Its either Vinca minor or Vinca major.... very common in Muree..

Very less chances of Vince minor as the vinca minor i captured in murree was low growing and was this http://davesgarden.com/community/forums ... id=8986205

Vinca major might have trailing stems but the ones in picture are too long, nevertheless a healthy plant.
