No I disagree with Hibiscus its definitely Psilocybe tampanensis (a variety of hallucinogenic mushroom)

Its either Vinca minor or Vinca major.... very common in Muree..

Vinca major might have trailing stems but the ones in picture are too long, nevertheless a healthy plant.
