No I disagree with Hibiscus its definitely Psilocybe tampanensis (a variety of hallucinogenic mushroom) ;-)

Its either Vinca minor or Vinca major.... very common in Muree..

Very less chances of Vince minor as the vinca minor i captured in murree was low growing and was this http://davesgarden.com/community/forums ... id=8986205

Vinca major might have trailing stems but the ones in picture are too long, nevertheless a healthy plant.
