I don't think it is a succulent plant, leaves look more like Impatiens Walleriana. Lets see what Hamad and Farooq sb have to say

I thought that it would because it also had pines on its leaves and leaf was like succulent.

Mustansir, most succulents don't have any spines apart from Agaves, Dyckias and some others

Cacti have very sharp spines that are quite dangerous.

Just remember this... All Cacti are Succulents but not all Succulents are Cacti.
