Which vine?
This was sold to me as shrub called Neelofer. Very cheap. It appears to be vining in habit with small blue flowers.

It is indeed neelofar. Clitorea ternatea. There is a white rare variety as well. I got its seeds, common vine. Double as well as single flowers.
