They are not chrysanthemum, leaves are not of chrysanthemum. They are double flower Zinnia, I m sure, leaves are also likes zinnia.

This is Chrysanthemums because leaves of this plant varies with variety. I have peach colored chrysanthemum which has leaves like spinach and White chrysanthemum has much smaller leaves.
