Wait for its flowers. It will confirm whether is Clivia or not.

It is growing but no blooms still, i will post some latest pics.moreover it is resisting a full sun unlikely a Clivia.

i have red & orange Clivia plants which flower every year in Mid March but the foliage is different from the one in photograph.the leaves are dark green.one thing Clivia is very nice bulb.also very easy to flower.This year i,l add Fresias & D.Iris Inshallah.

You had posted the the picture of the the cluster of "tubers" some time ago but somehow my gut feeling was that patticular plant and those tubers are not of the same plant. It looks like that your plant has a bulb.

For sure it has tuber , i will try to dig out tomorrow a small portion to confirm, what about day lillies ? anyone growing day lilies might comment, do they have tubers also ?
