Color Changing Rose

it is a very beautiful color changing rose
it remained with me for only 17-20 days
it is grafted
interesting thing is it changes colors first it is yellow then it become yellow orange then full orange then orange red then full red then red white then full white and then light pink
what is name of this plant from where can i get this???
i called it 8 in 1 rose
i struggled for its life but it died

Its very unique i cant find it the flower changes color day by day and its not perfect moment

Its 100 % perfect moment.many other roses do change colors.there are two more varieties in same color pattern but this one is perfect moment.

Umar, the size of flower is small and not as much orange as Perfect Moment, it could be "Rio Samba"... which is also known as Chhota samba locally..

Izhar please check shape of petals of you linked flowers with the flower under discussion.
yes the the imaged you attached is rio sama or chota samba as i had this last year and observer all its transitions.
i am not sure but looks different than than the image attached.
please check the last year images.

The description provided and the size of bloom in image matched Rio samba for me... however, i can only make a calculated guess.. its up the initial poster to verify if the guess is correct or not..

Izhar i do agree with ur words. there is some mistake in my recognition. as i did not seen perfect moment in actual. now searched on web both images. rio samba and perfect moment and realized that you better judged the image.

i think petals shape and color may vary slightly with local conditions.

If you mind the word check it does not mean to challenge you. I have not any doubt on your knowledge. You are one of inspirational persons in gardening for me.
It was just to have your comparative views. which you shared and i do agree with you.
if you mind it then i really take my words back.

color changed to white in same plant and you can see it is changing to light pink
in the first pic you can also see the red color near to the flower that is another full red flower changed its color in the process i mentioned above
