I think the second picture is of the genus Carpobrotus:

Thanks Izhar for the id...you are really good at it. Rafiq sb the term succulent is a botanical term for plants with fleshy leaves.

I am habitual gardener not know much about plant sciences.......... But learning a lot here from the knowledgeable members here.

The first one appears as Senecio vitalis... google the name for images and confirm..
