ID Iris(Solved)

Someone gave this Iris to me many years ago. Every effort to get them to bloom has failed; the plants have increased to hundreds without blooming. This spring two of them have bloomed.
Please give the ID for better management
I have read somewhere that certain Iris require a minimum chill period to bloom, maybe it is one of them.

it looks like yellow water iris, (Iris pseudacorus) it likes wet boggy conditions.

I have grown it with pots sub merged in water tank and large pots with sealed bottom bogged with water and it did not bloom.

Sir i have read somewhere that mature plants that are atleast 2-3 years old bloom, they are readily available in nurseries here in Islamabad, only the large specimens that these nurseries carry bloom, the small plants that they sell do not bloom until fully mature.

These are all old plants, some advice how to get more blooms?
I have many to spare anyone interested can have them.

Maybe humidity is the key!! though not sure

10 years back grew it in a 12" pot, like a normal plant (i.e. without wet feet) and it was always in blooms...
