ID plz Vine

i don't know the botanical name of this plant but local name is taiz gam (تیزگام)
it is easily available in Lahore.once i grow that vine and it spread very fast.i think thats y it is called taizgam.it is not expensive plant. 7 years ago i bought it in 25Rs.within 3 years my whole house cover with this vine.
it produce purple color flower similar to morning glory. one thing i notice that even in hot weather the plant leaf is cool when i touched.

My Guess is Ipomoea cairica
