This is Cassia variety.Since i don,t like the tree so i don,t know the exact species.the other two varieties are very exotic Cassia Fistula & Cassia Nadosa.

dear naimulhaq gardenia is very common plant and you can get from local nursery easily for more details and pictures visit plant database "gardenia"
