AOA , i need help from you guys, i have recently moved to a new house in kamra near attock , KPK. in our garden there are a few plants whose names and families i dont know , first is a tree with small fruits greenish from outside orange from inside wiith small black seeds , second is a type of water lily i am guessing , the flower was yellow-white and bloomed in daytime but now it has sunken under water.can you please identify the plants and guide me how to take care of them ? which fertilizers to use and how often ? and what measures should i take for winters and esp for the lily, how often should i replace the water or clean it ?

This tree is new to me as well. Pictures always help. If you could post the pictures of a cut fruit that might help as well. Unfortunately the flowers are missing since it is easy to identify plants from flowers. A close up of fruits will be helpful as well. In short, the more information the better. May be Umar Khan (long time member) can help.
Regards.

I think its not Chikoo but Parsimon (Japani phal). It will change its color with the freezing temps. But please post a clear picture.

Yes it may not be chikoo as 1) chikoo gives fruit in summers and 2) i think Kamra weather may not be suitable for chikoo tree to give fruit.
