I need to this plant to be identified please,
I think regular Tomato plant dont grow on vine...... cherry tomato does.
Also what is happening to its leave?

Mostly cherry tomato plants are long and thin but you will have to wait till gives fruit... Another thing, your plant is suffering from leaf miner spray general purpose pesticide before fruiting.

Would suggest cutting all the infected leaves and disposing them in a place far away. Do not dump them in your compost bin.

Leaf Miner you say? Hmmmm....... well I knew that it must be some pest doing so I sprayed its leaf with the solution of water and a little washing powder.... Which pesticide will you recommend Sir? and I will dispose of all the leaves infected. Probably burn them Muhuhuahahahaa!

Maddy, any general purpose pesticide for plant would do... just make sure you apply them at the recommended concentration, regular application is must... 1-2 sprays will not make any difference..

Ohkie, time to go shopping then. Thank you will soon post which pesticide I bought.

Visit the shops at old sabzi mandi and buy "All-in-one" pesticide.. i have good experience with it..

Polytrin C which you mentioning using in your post may work but still leaves would need to be cut. You may locate the culprit by squashing the leaves.
