Croton flower? Can seeds be harvested?

Is this croton flower? I bought this plant in small pot from nursery some two years back. Now its almost 2.5 feet high and seems to be flowering,how can it be propogated?

Corrotons are best propagated by cuttings and layering... seeds also germinate but produce green plants usually...
