2 Plants to Identify

Plant-1:
This is a very common plant in Karachi, I asked few people but they don't know the name:




Plant-2:
Nursery man call it Christmas tree. I want to confirm this too.

The second one looks like Araucaria excelsa. Not sure about the first one as the picture is pretty unclear.

The 1st one has long and bit wide leaves like other bulbous plants (Amaryllis, Hyacinth).

The 2nd you are correct, I further googled it, this plant is also called as star pine, triangle tree and living christmas tree. This plant is beautiful and my nursery man demanding Rs. 200 in smallest pots.

Yes Izhar, I think the 1st picture looks like Crinum asiaticum/Grand Crinum Lily. Thanks for identifying.
