I came across thid vine while I was visiting someone's place. They did not know the name of the vine and I didnt have a camera at the time to take pictures. Fortunately, I saved a flower and would like help with identification. It grew in shade which is what makes it attractive to my garden.

Thanks so much Hammad. I googled and I figured it's Calliandra emarginata just as you say. You're a pro for sure. :)

Also, Hammad it's English common name is pink powderpuff. Could you give it a common name in urdu to ask from nursery for it.

Calliandra has perhaps no Urdu name. You can show the same picture to the nurseryman (a picture is worth a thousand words) which you posted here. Good luck!

There are two Calliandra varieties. One is a winter blooming variety whose pictures were recently shared by Brig Arif Sahib and a summer blooming variety.

Can I please get a link to the post? I am new to this forum and finding it pretty hard to navigate my way around. Thanks. And could you pleade advise me on the best place to buy vines as started plants? I am interested in this powderpuff, black eyed susan vine and clematis. I have learned from othwr posts on this forum yhat clematis grows in our climate. Could you point me to a post where I can learn whoch varieties? I am especially interested in two of them: a yellow clematis that grows in dappled shade and has bell shaped flowers with a dark maroon stamen peeping through and a blue clematis that grows bright blue flowers. I'd like to know where I could find them and whether the Multani weather (very warm) but dappled or full shade will be a good place to grow clematis. And also, a common name if possible.

Thanks a million in advance to all the inspiring gardeners and teachers here. :)
