Rohail I saw your post at first place but as Farooq sb has mentioned sometimes its hard to identify a plant from its foliage specially a bulbous plant because their foliage are more or less similar specially those who are under the same family, therefor its a bit difficult to to tell which bulbous plant it is, it look more like a freesia or may be from same family.
but we don't need to worry about it usually we have wait until it flower to identify, but you should know their behaviour in general in order to keep it alive, as you have informed in your post that you have already transplanted the bulbs which is not recommended during growth stage, but now as you have already done that so never mind, keep it on minimum water as bulbous plant get rotted with more water and as we don't know which bulb it is and its water requirements hence minimum water secondly we need to know if its a winter, spring or summer flowering, if you could ask the person who gave it to you because all three types are different.
keep an eye with minimum water and if the condition get worst means leaves start turning yellow then stop watering and after a week or so dig the bulbs and store them in cool dry place (in a cardboard with some holes and newspaper) and try to plant them next season, because most of the bulbs survive in the storage except few like lilies and in this way you may get blooms next season and we could help you with identification.
I hope this may help you, for further help you may contact whenever you feel
