GROWMORE NPK 20.20.20 help required

Recently i purchahed growmore 1kg from awan seeds in PWD Islamabad and shopkeeper told me to add 4 spoon in 10liter water while i only use 1 spoon for 3liter water for my containers.till now used 2 time between 15 days interval and i am not seeing major improvement in plants like tomato/chilli ect. or is it due to cold weather
i want to ask from you guys whether my growmore is Real or fake pics added

Dissolve 1 teaspoon in 4 litre water and spray daily, you will observe improvement in 15-20 days

Kindly post pictures... read the topic how to post pictures... Awan seeds have good reputation, so you may have the USA one...

Yes this one is the USA manufactured... its good..

It is DAP (Di ammonium phosphate).... there are many manufacturers in Pakistan so it is not possible to identify brand...

By spray you mean using spray gun on the plant itself or water daily lightly.
I just sowed some cherry tomatoes and planning to sow petunia and pansies after Eid. Would this daily spray/watering be suitable for the aforementioned seeds

spray on leaves and stems... after 2 weeks of germination you should use it on seedlings...
