hey just wanted to ask that is it better to buy seeds r flowers in pots from nurseries
i m a beginner in gardening and hv no idea whr to start

As now the new season of summer is about to commence, you should buy the seedlings, prepare the pots or the flower bed, you can get many tips how to do this here in the forum, do read the stuff..

as i hv no proper garden available i m turning the terrace to a rooftop garden
is it safe to place a flower bed there or just the pots as i m worried abt the water leakage n stuff

with proper water-proof coating, adequate slope and drainage points.. you can maintain it easily.. otherwise large pots will do..
