Purchasing Experience

I m searching on Internet about potting mixture from September 2015 and finally reached on right path, where i can understand local names of plants, fertilizers, tools etc.

Here i want to share my purchasing experience to my new hobby gardeners.

Shop Name: Terminix
Opposite old sabzi mandi/Askari Park
Cell: 0302-2043000 0302-2049000

OSC (Ontario Seeds Cananda) Rs.15 packet. (Comments: seeds are old/expired but germination ration is 30-40%) but collection is unique. Sown some in Early November, Germinated too n waiting for result.
Local Seeds Rs.20 Packet (Comments: Germination Ration 80-90% also depend how you follow instructions).

Always follow instructions by Native Experienced Person. Because seasonal calendar is not same all over world.

Peat Moss:
Srilankan in Brown Color: Rs.100 kg. (Comments: good but germination slow)
Latvia in Black Color: Rs.200 kg (Comments: Best and Quick Germination in just 5-7 days).

Coco Coir:
1 Brick Rs.100/-

Compost:
Khaksehat: Rs.100/-4 kg (Comments: Best)
Imported Compost Rs.300/- 9kg (Comments: have not used).

Vermiculite/Perlite:

Small Jar i think 150gms for Rs.500 (Comments: too expensive i left to buy)
I asked to izhar bhai alternate of both, hope he will reply soon.

All gardening items like pots all sizes, spary's, gardening tools, fertilizers, baskets, every thing is available there.

Epsom salts is Rs. 40-80/kg from Jodia bazar and Bara board respectively...
