What is "Plant database" in this Forum?

I just noticed that under the Forms tab we have a "Plant Database". If one clicks it, the following message is shown:
You do not have sufficient access to submit the form.
Click here to return to the form list page.
That seems something like we are making a plant database which we actively discussed long time ago?

Farooq Bhai this is the prototype that Mir Afzal Sb was working on once you forwarded your suggestion. I saw one submitted form and it appeared reasonably well. However currently only Mir Afzal Sb has the access because i think it is in a incomplete form....Mir Afzal Sb is now a days working off site so not able to visit forum frequently.

Okay ...that seems very encouraging. Hope Mir Afzal sahab gets time to re-visit the forum, sooner or later :-)
