Avacado is available in Islamabad nurseries easily, 2, 3 varieties. One can see fruiting avacodos in.NARC. i have planted 2 trees, doing well for last 2 years.
Olives as Munir sb mentioned best source is BARI, I recently got 5 more plants from them, 3 for oil, 2 for pickling.
Plum if centa rosa, has better yield than Fazle Manani which is a lower chill variety.

Expert not optimistic about olives in Lahore which means insufficient fruiting.
Avacado from seedlings would take 4 years and can fruit.
Yesterday purchased following trees, for information for members;
1. Pomegranate Angel Red 2 year, 150/plant
2. Plum Centa Rosa 1year, 130/plant
3. Nectrine 1 year, 200/plant
4. Apricot Trivit 1 year, 150/plant

Above varieties are NARC approved ones. Got around 50 trees. When will get others then shall post for members info.

Regards
