my Chinese lemon tree was bearing fruit for the past two years. from this Spring it is only bearing flowers and no lemons,can someone tell me what's going wrong here, thanks.

Is it in a pot? how big a pot? Do you feed it regularly if so how much and how often?
If in the ground how big is the plant?
A picture would help.

my Chinese lemon is not bearing fruit, it flowers abundantly and bees are around for pollination. it is in the ground and i water it twice a week.give compost twice a year. last Spring i got 2kg lemon. it is a healthy 5 feet tall tree.

Your plant has feeder roots from foliage to 5 feet around.
Feed NPK 20-20-20, 6 applications per year of 66 gm N/plant/application .

hi, i am new to gardening i don't understand what NPK 20-20-20.......... means, can you explain in simple words and is there no way i can solve the problem by organic means? lastly what are feeder roots?

Every plant/tree has anchor roots for support and at the end of their branches thin hairy roots that extract nutrients from the soil, as they feed the plant they are called feeder roots.
Fertilisers have been discussed in detail in this forum, search and ye shell find it

i hv a lemon plant. for last five year we get 10-12 lemon but this year i didn't get even one lemon. its in pot which is 3 feet tall and 2.2 ft wide. is it need to grow in land? my other question is in may its leave start curling. any guidance plz
