Dear Umar Khan Sb, yes these are very appealing. I never observed climber in Hyderabad. While traveling towards Matiari, I seen vast sultivation of Desi Gulaab from road, but I never observed such farms from near, it might be possible that I could find Garoogen there, yes I like fragrance, but I like also variety of colours in roses. Tomorrow I am going for Sakrand, will try to see such farms.

Dear Umar Khan Sb, I appreciate your sense of humour, Ebb Tide would be my 1st choice. Here in Hyderabad from 15th Nov nurseries starts to sell Rose plants in plastic bags, in various colours, I dont know from where they comes, do you think Fateh nursery also supply their roses other parts of country? Do they also have DA climber roses?

As you suggested Ebb Tide, kindly also share some other unique DA bush & climber roses, for my convinience.

Dear Khan Sb, whenever I will visit Punjab, i will definitley visit both nurseries.

The pic of Ebb Tide I uploaded earlier got from DA's site, I assumed that you were signalling about their such rose. Great to know that you are a serious lover of roses. As you stated that you have over 300 varieties of rose bushes, why you didnot tried for climber roses collections?

Dear Khan Sb, its my bad luck that I am unable to locate your & Arbab sb's older posts at the forum... :?:

It would be honour for me to receive some collection of your roses, after 5th Jan, bundles of thanks in advance.... :)

Kindly guide me from the collection of DA roses and specially from their climber collection of roses those are not available in Pakistan, because it would be easy for my sister to get them from their shops, nuseries or online, she should be puzzled if I will direct her to get roses of different companies. Its not necessary that all roses must have fragrance, but they must be unique, as you advised Ebb Tide, no doubt its very beautiful, attractive & unique, I want to get 10 to 20 few bare roots of such types of flowers.

Although not against the english roses specially D. Austin roses. But i would tend to go for local varieties of roses which are NOT MUCH explored. I read an article about local roses new varieties invented by changa nursery pattoki. The article was published in Nawa-e-Waqt magazine few weeks ago. These are the ones which will perform much better in our heat. English ones, though very beautiful might not acclimatize to our southern heat of plains.

Yes Khabbab you are right Asma sharifa(very fragrant) & Zarina are locals.the locals perform well just like the local seeds afterall they have been bred in our climate.but the forghner roses have its own beauty.some roses are of course not suited to our climatic conditions like Abradecabra(black tiger).it changes its color & repents back to its parents, black beauty & gold medal.
