Yes they are.
Steps that I adopted to make them healthy again. For future reference to gardeners.

1. Periodic spray of Imidacloprid and Polytrin-C in 20 days gap.

2. DAP & NPK fertilization at beginning of season and in Middle. Last one I will do in end.

3. Deep mulching with dried leaves to increase the organic content and make soil loose.

4. For added strength i gave 2 doses of Arthut Bowers Rose food. In whole season. Which I think was not much beneficial.

Correct me where I am missing or mistaken

Hello Umair bhai, is malathion good against thrips?
I've spotted some of them in the rose buds, so just to be on the safe side I sprayed it on all the roses and concentration was high as I've already sprayed them a lot of time with low concentration.
The sad part is that all the new growth on the roses got damaged specially on one plant, all new growth got burnt. Is it gonna stop the growth or the plant is going to recover? Help please.

As Izhar bhai quoted use imidcloprid. But take care to keep it diluted as a hi concentration burns leaves. And malathion is for mosquitos mostly so dont consider it much effective for thrips.
