What do do about curled burnt up wrinkled foilage of this rose

Help with this bush.

This is the problem with most bushes.

Using aliete and lambda on all bushes

Buds are there. But leaves are diseased

I think some sort of Fungus on the stems which are affecting leaves.Senior and experts could guide you better.

Capture a close up picture it looks some mildew.

Whatever it is..the good thing is that winter is approaching. You can prune your roses hard in December..that is early but might save them. Even at this stage you can prune most affected parts to reduce the ill effect.
