Irfan sb, bulbs of tuberose can be planted at any time of the year in Pakistan, they are very hardy plants... even in the chilly 1 degree of Islamabad in Dec-Jan they flower... :)

In Pakistan it can bloom 2 times, one is in July-August and second time if the flower stalks are cut back from the baby bulbs in Dec-Jan. But it depends from plant to plant.
