Dear Mustansir, besides mites, I feel that that you might be over watering mirabilis. It doesn't like much water, although it likes to have a moist soil all the time.

I also noticed that your office-time is not doing well as well. That might tell a pattern since office time doesn't like over watering too.

I am watering it slightly after two days interval. Health has improved slightly. A dying plant oftens flower means Why? If so, What do I do pluck buds away.

If plant health has improved after giving a gap, it means you were over watering. Farhan could you explain your statement please about a dying plant producing flowers? It makes an intuitive sense based on the concept of survival of the species or perhaps survival of the fittest. Is this your observation or did you read this somewhere? It is an interesting observation.
