Other Details If you are looking for a pest free unique tree in your garden, consider bottle brush plant. As the name indicates, the flower look as if it is made for cleaning bottles. Once the seed once formed stay on the plant for many years and the seeds are filled with hundreds of small seeds. The drooping branches, loaded with red flowers give a unique look to a garden. Bottle brush likes lots of water and it does not tolerate drough. Avoid windy locations as it will deform the drooping branches. Flowers are not fragrant, however the leaves if crushed are aromatic (have a Vick's like aroma)
