Dracaena marginata (Foliage Plant, Tentative ID)

Dracaena marginata is a slow growing tree. It can reach up to 15-20 ft in warm climates. The cultivar "tricolour" has cream stripes and red edges on a green background. It tolerates some shades but it will not tolerate frost.
I had originally assumed that it is a Dracaena marginata "tricolor" as suggested by Izhar sb, however KBW sb mentions (privately) that it could be Cordyline australis or simple Dracaena marginata. His view is that a tricolor is has 3 colours, including a cream stripe which is absent in this plant. Other views are welcome.
