I assume the "phali" you are looking for is drumsticks of the Moringa tree. It is a huge tree with a very weak trunk. You can very easily start your kitchen garden right from the seeds sitting in the kitchen cabinets for the sake of starting e.g. podina (mint) from the discarded stems, coriander seeds, seeds from red chillies, onions etc, depending on the space and sunlight availability.
